Galápagos Bound

The end is nigh …
QF7, DFW, JFK

Well folks, it’s me again. About to head off for another amazing adventure. We are feeling very blessed and privileged to be embarking on another huge trip so soon, but when opportunity knocks …

Anyway, tomorrow afternoon we will be hopping on our Qantas flight – destination the Galápagos Islands. We will be visiting Dallas, Texas on the way over, and spending a week in Galveston on the way home. For those who have asked,  the Galápagos Islands are an archipelago of volcanic islands distributed around the equator in the Pacific Ocean, 972 km west of continental Ecuador, of which they are a part.

We are going with the same group we travelled to Kenya with last January, lead by the intrepid adventurer/photographer Chris Bray. We had the BEST time in Kenya, and we are expecting no less on this trip!

Here’s a video with highlights of last year’s visit to the Galápagos, to give you a taste of what we will be doing.
